Goated Ones LLC operates layzer.app, a basketball research service for adults 21 and older. Contact us about privacy at team@layzer.app or 151 East Palisade Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631, United States.

Information We Use

Account information: email address, optional name, sign-in identifiers, account preferences, saved research, age confirmation, and terms acceptance. We record your confirmation that you are at least 21; we do not ask for a birth date or identity document.
Subscription information: plan, payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, and payment history needed to manage your subscription. Stripe collects payment details in its checkout; Layzer does not store full card numbers.
Newsletter information: email address, subscription source, consent and confirmation times, subscription status, and delivery, bounce, complaint, and measured email-open events.
Content you submit: support messages, saved props and parlays, and slip images or text you choose to scan. Public share links make the selected research available to anyone with the link. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed to analyze a slip.
Technical information: request and security logs, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, and errors. If you opt in, analytics measures page paths and product actions. We exclude query strings, email addresses, form text, and share tokens from those analytics events.

Why We Process It

We use account, research, and billing information to provide the service you request and perform our agreement with you. We use security and operational records to protect accounts, investigate problems, and prevent misuse. We send The Recap only after you request it and confirm your email. We may also send product announcements to Layzer users and signup contacts, subject to your marketing choices and applicable requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without closing your account. Optional analytics uses your consent. We may retain or disclose information to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Optional Tracking and Your Choices

Google Analytics is off until you opt in. Rejecting analytics does not limit Free research or paid features. Shared-link measurement uses a one-way link identifier instead of the public share token or ticket contents. Account emails, slip images, and Stripe invoice details are not sent to analytics. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional tracking off. We do not load advertising pixels or enable personalized advertising in this implementation. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

Product-announcement emails may contain an email-open image to report unique measured opens. Email privacy services can load this image automatically, and image blocking can prevent a record. We retain the first measured-open time and delivery status; we do not retain the email service’s open-event IP address, browser information, or repeated opens. Unsubscribe from marketing emails to stop future announcement tracking.

Service Providers and Public Links

Google Firebase and Google Cloud support sign-in, databases, storage, and hosting. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing management. Amazon Web Services delivers newsletter email and delivery events. Google Analytics receives usage information only if you opt in. Anthropic processes slip images or text when you choose the AI scanner and research data when you request an AI parlay review; do not include names, account numbers, or payment details that are unnecessary for that request.

Player images and sportsbook links may load resources from or open third-party services. Those services apply their own privacy notices. Public sharing is optional; anyone with a shared link may view or forward its content.

International Processing

Layzer operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Contact us for information about the transfer terms and safeguards applicable to your information. Using the site does not waive rights that apply in your country.

Retention

We retain account and saved-research information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, address disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements. Newsletter opt-out and complaint records may be retained to prevent further marketing. Billing records may need to remain after an account closes. Optional browser analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days; consent expires after 180 days. Necessary browser storage and provider-managed sign-in storage have the lifetimes explained in our cookie notice.

Access, Correction, Deletion, and Objection

Email team@layzer.app to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or to object to processing. Tell us the request and account email, but do not send a password or payment details. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information. Applicable law determines available rights, response deadlines, and permitted exceptions. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

You can withdraw optional analytics consent in Privacy Settings. Use the unsubscribe link in any Recap email to stop future newsletters without signing in or paying. An unsubscribe request does not cancel a paid subscription; manage billing in Account.

Age and Updates

Layzer is intended for adults 21 and older. If you believe someone under 21 has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Material changes to this notice will be identified by an updated date; changes requiring new consent will require a new choice.
