Take a Break or Ask for Support

If wagering is causing stress or you are finding it difficult to stop, consider pausing and using the sportsbook’s deposit limits, timeout, or self-exclusion controls. Independent support is available through Gambling Therapy, which offers international support information. In the United States, the National Council on Problem Gambling provides current help and state resources.
