Adults 21 and Older

You must be at least 21 to create an account, subscribe to The Recap, use member tools, or open sportsbook selections through Layzer. Use the service only where local law allows. Access to a link or research page is not a statement that wagering is legal in your location. The sportsbook is responsible for its own licensing, identity checks, location checks, and wagering rules.

Research Service

Layzer supplies basketball data and research tools. We do not accept stakes, place wagers, operate a lottery, or pay betting winnings. “3-Leg Lotto” names an editorial research selection; it is not entry into a draw or contest. Historical hit rates describe the stated completed-game sample. Layzer scores and model outputs can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee a result. Prices and availability can change before you visit a sportsbook.

Your Account and Shared Content

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the content you upload or share and must have permission to use it. Remove unnecessary personal or payment information from slip images. Public share links may be viewed or forwarded by anyone with the link. Do not misuse the service, bypass access limits, scrape restricted content, or interfere with other users.

Plans, Renewal, and Cancellation

Free has no card requirement or trial expiration. Pro is US$14.99 per month and Elite is US$39.99 per month, subject to availability. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the applicable price and any tax before you purchase. Starting checkout is not itself a completed purchase.

Eligible new Free accounts may start Pro checkout within the displayed 15-minute window for US$9.99 for the first month, then US$14.99 per month. The discount applies once to the first invoice and does not combine with another promotion. A session started while eligible may retain that offer until the session expires.

Manage or cancel future renewals through Account and the Stripe billing portal. Paid access normally continues through the paid-through date. For a refund or cancellation problem, contact us. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights in your country remain available; these terms do not exclude them.

Newsletter and Privacy

Creating an account does not enroll you in marketing email. Request The Recap separately and confirm your email to start delivery. Every edition includes an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Notice and Cookies and Storage for how we use information and how to change optional tracking choices.

Third-Party Services and Responsible Play

Sportsbook links open third-party services with their own terms. Layzer currently receives no commissions from sportsbook links and has no paid sportsbook sponsorships. Decide independently whether to wager, set limits, and never wager money needed for essential expenses. See Responsible Play for support resources. Layzer may restrict access to protect the service or comply with applicable law. Nothing here limits a liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be limited.
